Who should clients contact if they are experiencing issues with the site?

Answer: Clients can contact us in two ways: 1. Email us at help@wichealth.org OR 2. Submit a comment/request through the “Contact Us” page located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

How can I help a client who is getting the message “ID already exists for a different user in this state”?

Answer: If a client is receiving this message, it most likely means they have already created an account. Instruct the client to retrieve their user name and password by clicking on “Forgot your username or password?” on the login page and following the instructions. If they are still having difficulties, direct them to email us at help@wichealth.org for further assistance.

What should clients do if they cannot remember their username and password?

Answer: 1. Instruct the clients to attempt to retrieve their login information using the “forgot username and password” link located on the login page. 2. If they are still unable to retrieve their information, instruct them to email us at help@wichealth.org. All emails are answered within 24 hours.

What should clients do if they cannot remember their security answers to retrieve their user name and password?

Answer: Instruct the client to email us at help@wichealth.org. All emails are answered within 24 hours.

Do staff have access to wichealth.org?

Answer: A demo account has been created for each state. Email Stephanie Pichan at stephanie.pichan@wmich.edu for the login information.

Who should staff contact with questions, comments, and concerns?

Answer: If your question involves retrieving client user name and passwords, email help@wichealth.org. Any other questions, comments, or concerns, email Stephanie Pichan at stephanie.pichan@wmich.edu.

I would like to have my agency’s email address pre-filled when the client emails the certificate. How can I do this?

Answer: Email the WIC agency information and email address to stephanie.pichan@wmich.edu

How can I get access to the client records and statistics?

Answer: Email stephanie.pichan@wmich.edu for a login. Only 1 account will be created per agency. Indicate what email address should be used for the account.

What states currently participate in wichealth.org?

Answer: Our partner states include, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Truman Medical Center (Missouri).

Will clients have access to a computer?

Answer: Past evaluations have shown that over 80% of WIC clients have easy access to a computer. If the client does not have access to a computer at home, suggest using a computer from work, a friend or parent's home and at the public library. Clinics can also provide a computer on site for clients to use for wichealth.org.
